Kepemimpinan yang Menghamba sebagai Strategi Pendampingan Pastoral dalam Pembentukan Karakter Remaja Kristen

This study aims to analyze servant leadership as a pastoral care strategy in shaping the character of Christian adolescents. The benefits of this study are to contribute to the church and special ministers in designing effective and relevant mentoring and faith training programs for adolescents, as well as to serve as an academic reference for the development of Christian and pastoral leadership studies, particularly in the context of adolescent character training. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature studies, observations, and interviews. The literature study was conducted on various relevant sources. Interviews were conducted with special ministers and adolescents at GMIM Bethesda Tumaratas to obtain in-depth empirical data. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership built through Jesus' example of servant, compassionate, and humble leadership becomes a strategy in pastoral care. Through the active involvement of the church and special ministers who engage in faith training, pastoral counseling, and targeted mentoring programs, adolescents can grow spiritually and reflect on behaviors that are in accordance with Christian values. In conclusion, servant leadership is relevant as a model of church leadership and a strategy for shaping the Christian character of adolescents sustainably.
