ABSTRACT
The abstract must be written in both English and Indonesian. In English, use Italic style, Arial 10pt font, single-spaced, and between 100-250 words. It should clearly and concisely explain the most relevant aspects of the article. The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. It must include the core issue/research objective, the research method used, the findings obtained, and the conclusion. The abstract should be written in a single paragraph with a one-column format. The abstract must include three to five keywords, and the writing format should follow the template.

INTRODUCTION
Contains the introduction and background of the research problem. It discusses the problem at hand and explains the importance of the study. Briefly state the theoretical foundation based on citations from scientific articles. The cited articles must be relevant to the research and published within the last 10 years. They should be from reputable national and international journals accessible via the internet.
The article should be written approximately between 3,500 - 7,000 words, including the main text, tables, figures, notes, and references. The article should be written in a Word document (MS Word), A4 paper size, 1.5 spacing (single space), using Arial 12pt font. Margins should be 1.5:1.5:1.5:1.5, and the writing format should follow the template.
RESEARCH METHODS
Describes the methods used to solve the problem, such as qualitative, quantitative, literature study, interpretive methods, or case studies. The methods used to answer the research questions must be explained in detail along with the stages of the research conducted. In the research methods section, the author should mention data collection methods, data analysis, research type, time and place of the research (if the research is based on field research), and hypotheses if applicable (optional). The writing format should follow the template.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Results and discussion can be presented using subheadings as needed. It includes data collected during the research process and its analysis. The research results should include a description of the collected data, data analysis, and interpretation using relevant theories. The results should be clear and concise. The discussion should explore significant findings rather than repeat what is already known. In the results and discussion section, tables or figures from other sources are not allowed. Only tables and figures created by the authors (from research findings or documentation) are permitted. The writing format should follow the template.
CONCLUSION
This section can contain conclusions and recommendations that summarize the entire discussion and should be related to the research objectives. Each research objective must be answered by a single conclusion. Conclusions should be written in a coherent paragraph, not point by point. Recommendations can follow the conclusions if necessary and should be relevant to the findings, suggesting actions for future researchers, specific professions, or policy-makers. Recommendations, if needed, should be written in coherent paragraphs.
REFERENCES
All citations included in the article text should use footnotes and must be listed in the References section. Each article should contain at least 15 references. References should be listed alphabetically, and the writing format should follow the template.

FIGURES:
If the article includes figures, graphs, photos, and diagrams, they must be centered. The number and title are typed below the figures, graphs, photos, and diagrams. The number and word for figures, graphs, photos, and diagrams are typed in bold using Arial 12pt font, centered, followed by the title typed normally (not bold). Figures, graphs, photos, and diagrams should not be colorful, and they must have high resolution, a minimum of 300 dpi/1600 pixels (must be in black and white or gray scale).
TABLES:
If the article uses tables, the title should be typed above the table and aligned to the left, using Arial 12pt font. The word "Table" and the number should be bold, while the table title should not be bold (normal). The table contents should be typed with Arial 10pt font, single-spaced. Tables should not be presented as images but typed in a real table format in MS Word.
