THEOSEBIA: Journal of Theology, Christian Religion Education, and Psychospiritual Vol. 02, No. 02 presents scholarly reflections on theology, Christian education, and pastoral ministry within contemporary contexts. This issue features a study on Esther’s leadership skills and their implications for Christian women leaders in government, followed by an exploration of faith and Christian identity among adolescents. A theological review of the Kingdom of God and Christian political polarization highlights the tension between faith and politics. Pastoral perspectives are addressed through servant leadership as a mentoring strategy for adolescents' character formation. Practical reflections are offered in an article on biblical wisdom for financial management and career goals, while another article examines pastoral counseling as a means of addressing workplace burnout and rediscovering life purpose.
