This study aims to explore the role of pastoral counseling in assisting Christian workers who experience priority dilemmas between professional work demands and spiritual needs. This dilemma arises from high workplace pressure, heavy workloads, and conflicts between professional expectations and Christian spiritual values. The benefit of this study lies in its conceptual and practical contribution for churches, pastoral counselors, and Christian workers in developing holistic and contextual pastoral support. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-exploratory design. The participants were Christian workers experiencing work-related stress and spiritual crises, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, limited observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that Christian workers experience multidimensional pressure affecting physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects due to the imbalance between professionalism and spirituality. Pastoral counseling plays a significant role in providing holistic support, strengthening Christian values, and helping workers reinterpret their work as a vocation and service. This study concludes that pastoral counseling is a strategic and relevant approach in helping Christian workers achieve a sustainable balance between professional life and spiritual well-being.
