Learning is a process influenced by each student's way of thinking in processing and understanding information. Differences in thinking styles can influence and significantly impact motivation, understanding, and academic achievement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to determine the relationship between thinking styles and the effectiveness of student learning and teaching, as well as efforts that can be made to optimize it. Through interviews, observations, and documentation, findings were obtained that the compatibility between thinking styles and learning methods increased motivation and learning outcomes. Thus, various learning methods and thinking awareness were implemented in the academic environment
